Renee Fraser PhD, founder and CEO of our $35 million Fraser Communications advertising agency, has been recognized as a global business leader by the International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Foundation.
The annual recognition is given to women who demonstrate outstanding success and growth in their business. Nominated by the Women Presidents’ Organization, Fraser exemplifies the drive and commitment to aggressive growth that all members share.
“I am honored to be recognized for my success alongside these ambitious and dynamic entrepreneurs from around the world,” Renee said. “We are all driving growth in business through innovation and leverage of key technologies.”
Fraser is also a dedicated advocate for women through her leadership to 2020 Women on Boards. The organization’s perennially sold out annual luncheon focuses on the challenge of increasing the number of women on corporate boards. This effort saw fruition with the passage of California’s Senate Bill 826: legislation credited with the addition of 183 women to California corporate boards in 2018.
Looking forward, Fraser’s next challenge is to increase the number of women of color on corporate boards through her co-founding of the Corporate Board Pathways Program with the National Association of Women Business Owners, California. The effort is the evolution of a program Fraser and others from ThinkLA started 25-years ago to bring more people of color into the advertising business.
