Children FIRST

In today’s climate of uncertainty and fear, families with young children need trusted resources to help them navigate the emotional stressors of immigration instability. Children FIRST, reflecting First 5 California’s mission to support children during their most critical developmental years, is uniquely positioned to be this source. Building on our 10+ year partnership with First 5 California, we’re honored to take on this crucial initiative.

Fraser’s work will include the development of a statewide resource hub—a first-of-its-kind platform that will expand access to trusted resources and help ensure immigrant families can find safe spaces and responsive support across California. Additionally, Fraser will lead a team of partners in the coordination of legal and policy counsel; data tracking, policy reporting, and evaluation; and local grant-making funding management.

Project execution is now in progress, with collaboration and implementation actively underway. Performance results will be reported upon completion of major milestones.
